Attached is the bluescsi.ini file, and four (formatted and initialised) E60S drive images. I can confirm that the E01S sees all four as separate E60Ss.
Other drive sizes will be possible, but you'll need to hard-code the drive parameters into both FServFmt and FServInit to get them to work. They can't read the drive shape off the drive image.
Termination is quirky - it needs both the external Filestore connector to be terminated, and termination to be active on the BlueSCSI, to be reliably detected.
I've tried again with the NVRAM settings, and setting &31 to 1 also works now.
I'm powering mine via a Molex->floppy adapter, plugged into the BlueSCSI.
