So I pulled a few components to test on my component tester, namely C10, R8, D5 and R1.
D5 came up at Uf=656mV C=35pF
C10 came up at 55.99nF
R8 came up at 3295 Ohm, so more or less 3.3K as the colour banding suggests.
R1 however, comes up as invalid/broken part, I don't know if it's actually broken or if my tester simply cannot handle components of that range, but, assuming the first band on it is brown and not grey (hard to tell as the component itself is already brown), then it would be 100K 0.5w as in the above diagram, would R1 being down cause the same issue as one of the three (D5/R8/C10) that you highlighted being down?
