Generally speaking I assume they're all 80 track. Load the dumped SCP file into the HxC software and then have a look at it. If it's 40 track I just "delete odd tracks" and then save out a .img file, which is just the sector image (rename to ssd if you've got a single sided one, or dsd if you have a double sided).
