There are a couple of options,

RobC makes the awesome VideoNula board which not only replaces the ULA, adds some clever new features too. He sells them through Stardot.

Ant Goffart (Stardot name:aerobaticant) also makes a physically smaller version called the videouLA (Micro ULA)
