If I had a spare I would donate it. But I only have one. :(Standing offer here - if anyone has dead ULAs or VLSI/ASICs from Acorn machines, I'm happy to decap and image them to allow others to make replacements. I've had a good success rate with most of them, but it's helpful to have a few as the process sometimes fails.
I have my misgivings about the computer museums, but a lot of Beebs probably pass through their hands. Might they not be well placed to identify failed parts? Does anyone have a suitable contact there?
