I ask because that specific order of messages at the bottom - "Invalid partition table", "Error loading operating system", "Missing operating system" - is exactly what I would expect from a PC-formatted drive, both in the order of the messages and the specific wording of the messages. Specifically, I believe this is part of a MBR boot sector, commonly used with DOS.
You may want to double-check that this is actually not a PC-formatted drive!
[edit: If there's a PC disc image on the drive, that could also explain it since it could be reading from the beginning of that - though the fact that that's the first thing that actually looks readable on the drive is a little suspicious!]
