The error i get is "bad syntax" for 2nd and subsequent I2CQUERY calls

I thought you said previously that it locked up the machine? The bad syntax message is from the I2C rom so I’m a little confused as to what might be happening. If you’re definitely typing it in correctly, it sounds like perhaps the keyboard input buffer is being corrupted somehow

If you’re referring to my I2C source code then no, its written under the Lancs Assembler.
