Hmm, seems a bit off for sure.It's not browser-specific.I've not had any issues (I use Edge on Mac), have you tried a different browser at all?
It happens before AND AFTER login, which seems particularly ridiculous.
It's not the banner with the yellow text that appears if you have no StarDot cookie at all...

Here you can clearly see I'm logged in, but it's still chucking the cookie warning at me.
