Graeme and Nathan have both compiled extensive lists of Infocom bugs. Graeme's lists are much older, and haven't been updated in a long time. Nathan's lists should be read as a complements to Graeme's lists. If you find more bugs, Nathan may be interested in including them in his lists.
Torbjörn Andersson has played through (and looked at the source of?) many of the Infocom games in recent years, filing everything he found as issues on Github.
