Logging a couple more issues with TOH-3.1 that I've found:
- TIBET playback omits silence (I never wrote the code to deal with it, and somehow never noticed)
- CSWs are mistakenly always saved uncompressed (type 1), due to a debugging hack I failed to remove![[-X]( "Shame on you")
