Thanks! I seem to have the default card image working with wifi now, but I'm not 100% sure why.

Poking through the router settings (quite an old router) for 2.4 GHz, these seem to be the winning settings:

• Security Mode: WPA2 Personal
• Wifi mode: Mixed
• Channel: auto
• Channel Width: auto

It's mostly reliable, though there was one bootup where it wouldn't find the wifi at all. The Zero W and the 4B are both fine. I think my 3B+ is complaining about the weird monitor I was testing with it. I have an older 3B I can use, but those ones aren't as thermally clever as the 3B+.
