The RAM is not being detected by either the RAM test or RTool. RTool shows ROM for all your slots. The RAM test shows 0 (no RAM) for all banks.
4x repeats are expected on ROMs. 8x repeats is a bit weird though. At a guess I'd say on of the lines latched by IC76 (IIRC) is not working so you only see 2 of the 4 built in ROM sockets. Dead chip/solder joint/short.
You could try removing MMFS or BASIC and putting it the piggyback socket and putting the RAM in that slot. If that works then your motherboard has a fault (should be an easy fix though).
