Just want to follow-up to say I got the replacement motherboard in a few weeks ago and underwent a rebuild of the computer: about 90% of the podules listed in the OP post isn't installed currently in case I need to tear down the RPC again for whatever reason. But I can confirm that was the issue as Ian suggested - I've done some prelimary tests on a different setup (away from the OSSC, hence the photos instead of screenshots) has shown those weird lines no longer show and outputs everything correctly.
The RiscPC still doesn't like games such as Cannon Fodder (which was working on RPCEmu) and that weird graphical glitch in the NOVA 2022 demoscene is still present - but I'm chalking these issues up to it not liking the overclocked StrongARM I have fitted. So I'm ready to say that it is "working" enough to close down this thread.
