Hello all,
A friend for Portugal sent me a BBC micro with a 6502 card inside to test and repair (if required).
This is my first BBC Micro so I was thinking I could take it with me at ABUG South on Sunday the 6th and try to make a repair video there.
For those who don't know me, I have a youtube channel where I do repairs, search for Tony359![:)]( "Smile")
I've never tried making a video when away so this might be a "CuriousMarc" style video!
Here is the patient:If someone wants to join me at my desk, it would be great. I can try to work my way by myself but it would take quite some time particularly when it comes to load software and test it - I'm sure there are modern tools to do that which I have no knowledge about!
Bear in mind the purpose of my visit is to meet new friends and have fun - the repair and the video is just to keep myself busy!
Of course I won't publish anything without permission from those in the video.
Does anybody want to join me in this little adventure?
