The objective with the complaints procedure on Aliexpress is to sort out problems and not to spend time dwelling on them.
You may find that if you let the facts speak for themselves with suitable photos and descriptions, the seller will co-operate with no encouragement.
With situations like this, the response from the seller is a part of the deal and leaving feedback not appropriate to the way the seller handles the problem isn't conducive to good relations and a favourable response, as overall feedback for the transaction is dependent upon it.

I've never had trouble with complaints I've made to Aliexpress, all my complaints had a favourable outcome due, I think, to my attitude with the complaints procedure and leaving positive feedback for the overall experience.
No seller likes negative feedback, it's used as a last resort, I think.
