I have been working on getting my Atom to print correctly for around 2 weeks, today a new cable arrived and it finally worked as expected.
I added an 8th bit to the printer output and with the help of oss003 I was able to turn my ZX Spectrum routine for my printer into this routine for Acorn Atom.
It loads 5280 bytes to screen memory above the text area, then sends that to printer, then prompts the user to load that again 9 more times in this example. Of course one could print an image of any size with this.
