I have a TI99-4A that outputs component video. It uses the same 6 pin DIN socket as the BBC RGB output - although with a monitor popping 12V outputOther than the Atom which Dave mentioned I don't think any older machines output component. But modern-ish consoles do/can. Wii, ps/2, xbox so that means there are maybe situations what you have a tv or capture card that accepts component. My intention would be to have the rgb pins reconfigure themselves as Pr, Y+sync, Pb which is more or less free as the Pr, Pb signals are already present inside the fpga...
