I had a bit more time to work on this. Everything has decayed a lot, so it's a process of fixing each build one by one.

The cpld build is looking pretty good; I have new builds up here that seem to work on my cased A3000: https://github.com/myelin/arcflash/tree/main/cpld

That A3000 is having quite a bit of keyboard trouble; I see that several of the pads on the keyboard flex connector have rubbed off, so I've ordered a nickel pen and will see if I can fix that.

Switching over to a bare A3000 board with a v3 Arcflash (the latest version, from July 2020), nothing came up on screen, but after fixing the firmware build (which was a bit of a nightmare -- I needed to bring everything back into sync with the code from Adafruit), it started up in the bootloader menu (yay!), however I get a red screen on boot, and a ROM checksum error when I ran the POST box self-test:

This one had some very old firmware on it by the looks of things, so maybe the flash is a bit of a mess too?
