econet in all its guises • Re: PiEconetBridge and RISC-OS AUN Clients

Ok, I've tried RPCEmu with RISC OS 3.7 and created a 1 Mb file (and a larger one) and copied it from HostFS to PiFS and it went no problem. I've also done a *create of a file of 1553b6 length and that worked too...?

Can the OP post the AUN config line which is being used to talk to the RISC OS client?

Thanks,

Chris.
My configuration is:

Code:

# WIRE NET 1 ON DEVICE /dev/econet-gpioFILESERVER ON 1.254 PATH /home/pi/econetfsEXPOSE NET 1 ON 192.168.140.0 PORT FIXED AUTOAUN MAP NET 128 ON 10.6.6.0 PORT FIXED AUTO NONE
This is RISC-OS on AUN (no hardware Econet in the setup). The RISC-OS Pi device has an IP address in 10.6.6.x. I logon to the PiFS using 140.254 (there's an 'addmap' entry for 140 and 128 in the AUNmap file on RISC-OS).

Is a debug still helpful, given that it has been replicated. This Pi is running RISC-OS 5.30 and NetFS 6.00.

If I can get RPCemu running L4, I could possibly do a packet capture on the host running RPCemu, but I'm not sure how straightforward that would be, but I can try and give it a go if it helps.
