Having played Crystal Castles recently on the High Score Challenge, I was miffed that the levels were always cyan/blue/white, when the arcade original had them depicted in a whole range of colours. I've addressed that and - if you have a NuLA fitted - the level colours now accurately match those of the original game. I had hoped to also be able to tart up the sprites and reflect the changes to the floor and gem colours that the original has but the game hogs every remaining colour for sprite masking
I've improved a couple of sprites and the level info display but there was, sadly, only so much I could do with the tiny amount of remaining memory! What I was able to do was to merge in the enhanced options that I'd made for the game which allow you to change starting level, game speed and allow more/infinite lives.
Most people seemed to struggle with this one during the HSC run so maybe this'll open it up for a few more folks
(Hopefully no probs with it
