You can create disk images that you can access via RPC emu and then zip up what you want and move them onto USB sticks via hostfs. That's how I'd do it anyway.

There's a greaseweazle facebook group, and then the Wiki I linked above gives instructions. If you don't fancy using the command line to image the disks, there's a GUI for windows that works with it here: https://github.com/FrankieTheFluff/FluxMyFluffyFloppy
(you'll still need to download the greaseweazle software from github on the first link I gave).

You need a normal 34-way floppy cable - can be straight through or with the twist, you just have to tell it which "drive" it's looking for when dumping a disk. If drive 0 doesn't work, try drive 1...

The wee power cable will power the drive from the greaseweazle (it takes 5V from USB).
