Modding is quite complex, you need an old computer with a CD-ROM and an ide hard drive connector, a memory card with the SID installer file on it as well as a suitable IDE hard drive and the XboxHDM (hard drive maker) CD-ROM, but you get an Xbox with XBMC on a large hard drive which you can transfer your games onto instead of using the DVD drive all the time.
I was wondering about modding. I have an oldish desktop they were chucking out at work - I think it has a Celeron in it so must be fairly old. It gets occasion retro use such as making Atari ST discs.
