Sorry I've moved this project onto BeebEm installed on a Windows laptop and a BBC Basic Editor for Linux on a Linux laptop.
You are right I will run out of memory but I'm using Turbo MMC so hopefully I might be able to have more saving and loading from disk to get around this. Anyway I will frequently test my programs on my BBC B Micro.
I will only have 12k to work with so I may decide on a 64k Model B. I'd like any BBC game I write to be as good or better than my C64's graphics.
Right now I am writing a graphics editor. I think in the new year I will find out how it'll all actually work out but right now I'm having fun...
