Not easily. The boards are 'wired' to route any write request to the two ram chip sockets, so regardless of which socket is 'selected' in the OS, the ram socket will always be written to.
In theory you could remove that logic chips, and directly wire in the write signal to some or all of the sockets to turn them into Ram capable sockets. But it's most certainly not trivial
