8-bit acorn hardware • Re: BBC B+ Disk Drive Reads not Writes

I was looking at the B+ circuit diagram.

So this is the signal from pin 35 of the 1770 "WR_EN", which should be normally low and pulse high to write.
Goes to IC8p5, gets inverted, IC8p6 should be normally high (pulled up by the resistor on the drive), pulsed low to write.
Pin 24 on the connector, nWR_EN
