32-bit acorn hardware • Archimedes keyboard issue

My Arch 410/1 works nicely except certain keys on the keyboard aren't recognised. On investigating it was clear it was an entire 'row' of keys that feeds into an Exar 22-00958-000 keyboard sensor chip. Testing that chip, it's clear that the row that isn't working for me isn't being pre-loaded by the relevant pin of the chip (pin 4) whereas the other rows are - in short, that row's sensor is dud.

So, to the question: it looks like the 22-00958-000 is unobtanium due to time passing but is anyone aware of any source for these?
