I find the serve/pour really twitchy; sometimes it doesn't register and sometimes it serves one more drink than the number of times I pressed the button

It's not so much that it's twitchy, just that it follows an unusual dynamic, I think? You can't just hit the key, but have to hold it for just a fraction of a second before you release.

The first two levels wind me up on this game, as the first bonus round takes longer - and awards more points - than both of them combined
