Thanks guys yeah checked for shorts, none found. Cart slots are fine.
With the MRB turned off the machine boots with no carts, with the plus one removed the machine boots in all MRB modes
With an elksd128 instead of the plus one the machine boots in all MRB modes.
Like I said I replaced the cracked and damaged ceramics (4 in total) but the of the board looks fine. I am really stumped at this point.
