I actually LOL'd and snorted at "just", there. C'mon!That's a much more complex prospect though, as you are then needing to recreate the entire hardware (presumably in Verilog), not just CPU / FPU. Initially I thought it would be mainly interesting for FPU as those are rare, especially FPU11.
